Culinary Institute Kul IN is the first international private culinary school in Croatia. It was founded in 2011 with the aim of developing an international gastronomy center where the main focus is on the creation, research and promotion of modern concepts of food preparation and processing.

Gathering a top team of professionals and experts in world gastronomy, we designed programs to create and train future culinary leaders. Kul IN is a place of learning, gathering of contemporary culinary experts, business seminars with the common goal of evaluating and shaping top gastronomic products.

In creating a high-quality gastronomic image of Croatia and the region, it is first of all important to have staff that knows the modern trends of the world’s gastronomiy scene with their knowledge.

It is for these reasons that the Institute’s efforts are focused on achieving excellence as the fundamental value.

Vision

The Institute’s vision is to maintain the reputation of a higher education institution, professional in its activities, but also socially responsible behavior directed at the community that surrounds it.

Our desire is to make Kul IN the starting point for chefs, restaurant owners, restaurant managers, food experts or stylists, entrepreneurs, media personnel specialized in gastronomy.
